Orthopaedic Surgeon, Joint Replacement 's  Response
Hello,
I have studied your case and I think that you might be having hip and knee arthritis. I would suggest you to get x ray of both hip and knee joint to confirm this diagnosis. If there is joint space reduction and sign of arthritis than you need to start treatment for it.
Till you get these x days I have following suggestions for you.
1.Tablet Brufen for pain relief.
2.Avoid squatting and ground level sitting.
3.Hot water fomentation and voletran ointment will also help you.
I hope these steps will be helpful for you. Let me know if there is any other fellow up questions.
Thanks
I find this answer helpful
