left abdomen/urethral/femerol/ and rectal nerve damage. How to address physical therapy? 1st Therapist identified pubic displacement/ top pointing towards abdomen, lower pointing to rectum. INJURY: hit by a bar of iron in abdomen, penis, scrotum, inside thigh and rectum Trauma 2. Bar swung in a motion like, a golfer would swing a club. Beginning with the initial impact in the abdomen, with the (middle to just below the middle of the bar.) Ending with the (lower point of the bar) in the rectum. looking for treatment solutions.

I suggest you to visit your local neurosurgeon in order to completely examine you and suggest some definitive treatment first then physiotherapy afterwards. Nerve damage might become irreversible if not addressed properly in time. You need to take it seriously as this might affect the quality of life afterwards.
