Suggest Treatment For Large Fibroids In Uterus Along With Thick Endometrium

my endometrial biopsy could not be completed cervix closed? I am 63 years post minopausal, no bleeding, four large fibrioids size of lemons enlarge uterus and thickening of endometrium. xrays and ultrsound tests done. recommendations thus far biopsy at hospital D&C using ultrasound guidance, full hysterectomy with oncologist assisted physician. other recommendation?

thanks for posting here....you can have simple myomectomy done in which only fibroides will be removed but as you are and elderly patient and postmenopausal aswell it would be better to have full hysterctomy done as advised to you already b your doctor
