Suggest Treatment For Large Breasts With Puffy Nipples In A Male

I am 18. I have experiencing with a problem that my chest looks as like ladies with a puffy nipple... but I am so lean.. this makes me uncomfortable while wearing t- shirts and even shirts.... plzzz give me a solution with out surgery.... such as creams

Hi dear,
Some breast enlargement is common in this age and is only physiological and will disappear slowly over time. If this is significant or concerning, we can treat, but by surgery only.
So kindly get it examined with your doctor to see whether this is physiological or not.
