Hello Dr , I need advice on my lost erection and my lack of interest in sex since the time I had a major depression for which i underwent treatment with medicines for more than 2 years continuously.Since then i have following sympmtoms a) a lowering of skin sensation all over my body ,especially my penis b) a drop in sexual arousal and interest of almost 50-75%.This happened almost 15 years back .I tried a few homeopathic doctors since I found that none of the allopathic doctors could restore my skin sensations and arousal .I am now living a sexually devoid life even though I am married and hence unable to enjoy the bliss of married life.I also need to add that further to the depression I had also undergone treatment of 9 months course for TB .Since then these symptoms have become chronic.However , once in a while I do get some strong erections when i watch erotic songs ,but never with my wife - but even wheni do get these erections , the semen quantity is less than what it used to be earlier and the range of ejaculation is just a dribling out as compared to a few incehs before the treatment .My whole married life and happiness is doomed due to this treatment in younger days and now me and my wife are on verge of divorce .Please help me with some advice and a good doctor who can save my life and happiness.
