Suggest Treatment For Lack Of Appetite, Vomiting And Severe Hiccups

73 yr old male.stroke July 3. was given tpa and responded well..now no appetite not eating and some vomiting. Also gets severe hiccups for days at a time and miserable. Tried hydroxyzine and metoclopram,no help.can they give him something for emotional feelings that may help him eat?

it is hyperacidity and oesophagial reflux. can go for liver function test. avoid alcohol smoking and take bland diet. take omiprazole and unienzymeafter food.
