General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

He needs a proper drug addiction clinic follow up and rehabilitation program after indoor admission. A psychiatrist, motivational psychologist, group therapies, behaviour modification therapies all would be needed.

Temporarily he should be started on B complex vitamin as well as folic acid as with such addictions these can get drastically low. Nutritional support is must at this level.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Wishing you a speedy recovery.

Regards,
Dr. Saddiq Ulabidin, General & Family Physician
