Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. Some injuries won't be visible in MRI. It is better to take rest for some months and do physiotherapy as well as muscle strengthening exercises. If no improvemnet then consult an orthopedician specialized in doing arthroscopy. You might have to undergo a diagnostic arthroscopy to find out the exact and status. Correction can be done while doing this procedure also.

Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks
