Suggest Treatment For Kidney Stones

I have kidney stones, one still in my kidney and the other just above my bladder. Both are 5mm. I came home from the DR friday and have been taking phosfood and catching all my urine in a sieve. Since I have been taking the phosfood my pain has stopped by I am not seeing any stones. I was told the phosfood would dissolve the stones. The Dr said I should pass the first stone in 48 hrs. Is it possible the stones have dissolved?

have read the history and noted your apprehension regarding creatine use.
I fully endorse your thoughts about using extra creatine in your diet to build up muscles. Personally and medically I would strongly advise against use of creatine of even whey proteins, particularly since you already have kidney stones. We have seen cases of other problems like hip necrosis etc. I would suggest that you take more of normal diet rich in proteins.
Thanx for the question. Please feel free to ask any other question.
