Hi,

There is nothing a lot serious in this report. It shows a cyst (growth which are not cancer and are quite common and not serious most of the times). It does not need any treatment most of the times.

There is some changes in kidneys which may be caused by hypertension or diabetes. But grade 1 changes are too little. Though care should be taken.

Bladder shows changes as there is some infection in it which would need confirmation on urine tests and few days of antibiotics.
