Hi, dear I have gone through your question. I can understand your concern. He had carcinoma in kidney and now it spread to lung also. It is stage 4 cancer. So surgery will not helpful. Moreover he had open heart surgeries, hypertension and other co morbid condition. So surgery is not an option. Chemotherapy and radiotherapy can be given but again it has its own side effects which will worsen the remaining life. So in my opinion no definitive treatment should be given.
