Suggest Treatment For Keloid In Nose After Piercing

Hi, I recently got my nose pierced (about three weeks ago) and now a keloid has formed. I ve used the salt wash that the piercing place has given me but I don t really notice a change. I ve done a lot of research online to see what I can do to get rid of it and a lot of it says surgery which I obviously don t want to do on my face. I ve also seen that it says tea tree oil helps too. However, I used to have a belly button piercing and I got keloids, used tea tree oil on it, and it ended up migrating out. This probably would have been because of the bad metal, but I m still a little nervous to use it. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this keloid? Thanks

There are many treatment options for keloid. Topical steroid cream over the affected area may help. Intralesional steroid may also help.Topical silicone gel sheet may also be applied over the affected area. Regards
