General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear. Joint pains will persist till 2 months post chikungunya. For severe pain you can take pain killers like paracetamol, diclofenac, brufen etc ona need basis. Nothing else is required. It is self limiting.

Regarding work out for tummy, back kindly join a gym and take advise of gym instructors for specific exercises. Work out according to the plan of instructors in a systematic way. Brisk walk in the morning or evening for half an hour will help. Follow diet plan avoiding oily, junk food. Take food rich in fiber. Drink lots of water.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
