Hi,

It's seems that you may be having prurigo. There may be some cause... allergens and irritants like soap, cosmetics, pollutants, house dust, house dust mites,grass,pollens...etc. You consult dermatologist for firm diagnosis.

However you may follow as below..

- antihistaminics
- oral steroids in tappering dose
- application of mild steroid cream
- if needed short course of antibiotics
- avoidance of suspected irritants or allergens

Have patience for the good result. The disease might relapse. You may repeat the treatment. I hope you got my answer.

Thanks.
