Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes On The Lower Legs
I have a rash on my legs that is itchy, front and back on my lower legs. I have scratched and it is now irritated. I have tried Benedryl, Calemine lotion, itch spray, hydrocortisone cream... Nothing is working. No new detergent and I am wearing shorts. I have had this issue several times over the years.

Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction.
I suggest using antihistamines daily such as Levocetirizine.
I also suggest using Calmine lotion for local application.
