Suggest Treatment For Itchy Rashes After Taking Valium

i have used valium 10-20 mg over last several days for anxiety and sleep, along with ambien. I have not had any valium today and i have severe itching. No rash or redness or hives, just a feeling of bugs crawling on my skin i ve tried lotion. Just wondering if it could be withdrawl symptoms or just take a benedryl and not worry too much? i have a plant that does have little fruit flies in the house, but those don t usually affect me.it s really hard to sit still

Your symptoms seem to be related to an allergic reaction due to Valium.

I suggest using Benadryl.

I also suggest using Calmine lotion for local relief.
