Suggest Treatment For Itchy Fungal Rash On Foot

I WAS A LITTLE CONCERNED ABOUT THESE RECURRING FOOT ISSUES, 1ST I DEVELOPED A BAD FUNGAL RASH ON THE RIGHT FOOT ONLY THAT SCALED FROM THE BIG TOE ALL THE WAY DOWN THE FOOT TO MY ANKLE, WHICH NOW LOOKS DISCOLORED UNLESS IT GETS AGGRAVATED, I NOW HAVE LITTLE RED BUMPS THAT ITCH LIKE CRAZY IF I TOUCH IT ON TOP OF BOTH FEET BY THE TOES, AND I ALSO HAVE A PROBLEM WITH FUNGAL IN BETWEEN THE TOES WHICH SEEMS TO GET BETTER OVER TIME, WHAT WOULD BE THE BEST MEDICATION TO PURCHASE OVER THE COUNTER?? I STOPPED WEARING COLORED SOCKS AND SWITCHED TO WHITE, BUT THEY MAKE MY FEET SUPER DRY/CRACKED?

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,
To treat fungal infection along with anti fungal cream you might require one course of oral anti-fungal medicine like Flucanmozole 150 mg once in a week for 4-6 weeks.
Clean dry inter digital spaces after taking shower.
Avoid to wear shocks or shoes for some time as perspiration aggravates the infection.
Ok and take care.
