Hello! I cannot exactly make a diagnosis without seeing your marks/lesions. Had it been just freckles or age spots or scar, there would have been no itching. Most likely from what you re describing it looks like a fungal infection. -T. Fluconazole thrice a week- every alternate day * 14 days -Fluticasone cream on the lesions, three times a day for 14 days - T. Cetrizine one tab every night for 10 days - Apply coconut oil religiously every day post shower and at night - Make sure you do not leave your skin wet or put on wet clothes. Dry them completely before putting them on. And also do not let the sweat dry. This shall definitely help! Take care!
