Suggest Treatment For Itching With Black Skin Near Genital Area

good evening doctor..... I am a 24 year old male...I am suffering from itching(internet says the name is jock itch) and i did not take any treatment for a long time...recently i noticed that in between my leg near my genesis area,the skin discoloured into real black...and I have no idea what to do..the colur is very dark black and due to scratching the hair in that area is not there anymore....and the itching is also disturbing me very much...i rewlly need some help...can you guys help me to get rid of this itching and black colur..awaiting your response

Hi,
Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
What problem you are facing related to itching and black skin near genital area could be contact dermatitis.
Kindly clean the area with mild antiseptic solution like Savlon twice daily to maintain good hygiene in the genital area. Apply cream containing Gentamycin, Clotrimazole and Betamethasone following drying.
Take Tablet. Levocetrizine to control itching.
Apply moisturizer lotion during bedtime and avoid friction in the area by wearing loose fitting undergarments.
Gradually, over a period of time of a week to ten days, the lesions should heal completely.
