Suggest Treatment For Itching Bumps On Thigh

When ever I scratch the front of my thighs, these little bumps appear, they are skin colored, and go away if I don t scratch them. This used to only happen when I wore tight pants but now it happens all the time. This started about a month ago. Oh and before this, I used to get bumps that would appear on my lower leg, the bump itself and around the area of the bump was dry and came with an intense itch.
