For the past 3 months I experienced this intermittent itching on my hands and feet abdomen & back/chest w/o rash but has gotten worse this past few days that it happens more often like after I eat anything ,could be fruit ,carbs ,meat etc. which is driving me crazy. Benadryl tablets helps but don't want to take it more often.I have a h/o allergy to seafood including fish which I've avoided for 3 yrs. (also allergic to IV CT scan dye and MRI contrast). With this itching I also have excessive thirst that my tongue seems parched (drink a lot of water) and sometimes pain or discomfort on my LUQ of abdomen radiating to the back. Appreciate your advice.
