Hi there,

Sometimes diet modification is the best solution. I'm sure you've taken a lot of medications and adjusted your diet, but I'd really recommend a high fiber diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables, and I'd stay away from red meat. I'd also recommend asking your doctor about trying Linzess, which is a new medication that has shown promising results in IBS.

I hope this answers your questions. Please feel free to contact me should you have any further questions.
