It can be most likely polycystic avarian disease. These polycystic ovaries can produce excess male hormones and some times doesn t ovulate also. This can cause irregular periods. This can be managed efficiently in allopathy. Taking drugs like metformin and liraglutide injections will be helpful to decrease insulin resistance and helps to attain a normal period. If you are over weight the loosing 10 percent of your weight might be helpful to get a normal periods. If these measures are not helping then hormonal drugs will be helpful. surgical treatment like drilling of ovaries can be considered if these all not helps.
