Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods

I have really irregular periods ive been on concreceptive pill to help revulate periods because without them i got months witbout a period then bleed fot months on end is their a more natural way to regulate bleeding. I do not want to take any contriception pill or devise.

Hi, Its the way normally doctors use to regulate. You have to continue it for 3 three months and then leave. You can take iron supplements if your haemoglobin level is less than 12 gm. It will treat your amenorrhic periods. You must do some pelvic exercises and yoga which will relax your pelvic muscles and ease menstrual bleeding. Take healthy food with plenty of water. keep yourself constipation free.
