Suggest Treatment For Irregular Periods Due To PCOD

DEAR DOCTOR, I AM FEMALE OF 26 YEAR OLD.I HAVE PCOD IN RIGHT SIDE BUT CYST IS NOT TOUCHING THE OVARY,IN JAN I HAVE NORMAL PERIOD,BUT IN FEB I DIDNT HAVE THE PERIOD,IN MARCH 2ND WEEK PERIOD STARTED,BUT ONLY DROPING WERE THERE,IT REMAIN THERE FOR FEW DAYS AND THEN DISCONTINUED FOR 2-3 DAYS AND THEN IT AGAIN STARTED,IN THIS MIDST I HAD TOUNSIL AND I TOOK MEDICINE AZITHRAL FOR 6 DAYS THOUGH THE COURCE WAS FOR 3 DAYS,I TOOK 6 DAYS BCOZ TOUNSIL WAS STILL THERE,NOW I M NOT TAKING ANY MEDICINE.MY PROBLEM IS THAT I HAVE CONTINOUS PERIOD FROM MARCH 2ND WEEK TO TILL DATE,ONLY ONE DAY I DONT HAVE A PERIOD.I GET TIRED ALSO V ERY EASILY THANKS

mainly there are two reasons for irregular periods one being polycystic ovarian syndrome and another being hypothyroidism
i want you to get checked your TSH levels and consult with your gynecologist
irregular periods are treated with oral contaceptive pills or with progesterone
