Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation

Hello sir I missed my period this month due to stress or it just late to come because of stress but i have been getting a dull pain on my right side of my stomach and pain spasms in my feet which have stopped now i have no other symptoms i took a pregnancy test which came out negative i an worried that the pain on my right side may be appendicitus?or something eles. Thank you. Kimberley

I really appreciate your concern, if the pregnancy test is negative then it may not be that one and if it is still creative some doubt then better to get done the ultrasonography test it will not just rule out the pregnancy but may help in diagnose the appendicitis, but both of this condition are very less likely and you could wait for some time it will be fine hope this information helps.
