General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the 3 day menstruation is a normal time period for a female of 18 years. The lump in breast gradually increasing in size indicates possible soft tissue mass as Fibroadenoma most likely. It is not a sign of breast cancer and hence an ultrasound of the breast is mandatory to diagnose the case precisely and get rid off the agony of stress.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
