Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstruation
Okay I am verycworried I have been having an irrigular period for about 4 years now. Lately I have one every 4-6 months but I have been loosing colored discharge such as brown and black liquids. My uterus showsnits measuring at 8.2×3 . 9×3.1 CM and my right ovary measures at 4.1×3. 6×2.5 CM and contains an anechoic cyst measuring 3.0×3.0×1.8 CM. Can you please help me understand whats going on. I have been in alot of pain and my stomach is a good size. I have also gained weight.

I really appreciate your concern, the color of uterine blood could be due to irregular menses, cyst has nothing to do with it or with pain, weight gained could be due to more calorie contained diet, genetic, stress, less sleep, for the pain you can have "Tab Dicyclomine with Acetaminophen three times in day, hope this information helps, take care.
