Suggest Treatment For Irregular Menstrual Cycle
I take micronor pill and periods are irregular. Taken it for years. Some periods are very heavy. Booked a holiday abroad in august and worried I may have extremely heavy period when abroad. Is there any tablets that can be prescribed that I could take if my period started when I was away? Thanks

Hi,
You are advised to take Norethisterone tablet to stop or delay your periods. You should take this tablet three times daily, starting 3 days before you expect beginning of your periods ND continuing it till 3 days before your desired date of start of your period. You can take this tablet along with your normal dose of contraceptive like Micronor tablet also.
