Hiya,at the moment I m suffering really badly with internal piles,this I can cope with,after repeated trips to my district nurse she has informed me I have a blood engorged skin tag on the outside of my anus. My piles seem to be calming down but not the skin tag any information how to get rid of this would be fantastic,thank you .

This can be relived by Lidocaine cream and hot baths. but if no improvement then sclerotherapy is recommended.
