Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Sharp Ear Pain

Am having intermittent sharp ear pain lasting several seconds and then stops along with stuffy and runny nose with clear mucus. No fever or any other symptoms. Would it be a good idea to Mucinex night time cold and flu with acetaminophen Diphenhydramine and phenylephrine?

Hello,
As per your history it seems you are having an ENT ailment.
You need to consult an ENT specialist for further evaluation.
For prompt relieve of symptoms i recommend you to use xylometazoline nasal drops thrice daily & along with that take levocetrizine tablet( one tablet) at night time before going to bed.
In case of pain please take paracetamol 650 mg tab(SOS).
Best Regards
