Suggest Treatment For Intermittent Ear Pain

I have intermittent ear pain which presents as a sharp and sudden pain. It occurs only in my right ear and is located midway behind my outer ear structure about where my skull and ear flap meet. It feels like it is being transmitted from my skull or outside my ear to the inside.I have no fever, continual ear ache or other symptoms such as dizziness or nausea. I have been experiencing it on and off for 4 days. It comes when I am standing, sitting or lying down. Yawning or chewing don t seem to cause it. There is no pattern or frequency when it occurs that I can relate to.

HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the most common condition of ear pain is impaction of wax and it needs to be taken out and for that you have to see the ENT surgeon second it could be due to allergic condition and it can be managed with antihistamine and best is Tab Levocetirizine 10mg three times in day along with Tab Ibuprofen 200 mg three times in day hope this information helps.
