Start practising
yoga,pranayam and
meditation everyday -
Bhastrika 10 - 15 minutes
Anulom vilom 10-15 min
Bhramri 10 -20 times
Udgeeth 10-20 times
Shavasan
Yog nidra
You can practise these pranayam under guidance of yoga expert
Put 2 drops of almond oil into both nostrils at bed time.
Massage your head with medicated oils like
brahmi and bhringraj.
Consume 1 teaspoon of brahmi churn before sleep.
