Dear Doctors, I am having a terrible time with insomnia. Often I don t fall asleep until @:2:00 or 3:00 in the morning. I don t want to become addicited to sleeping pills. I usually try to go to sleep at 11:30 p.m.or midnight. What can I do. I am a 80 year old male and I have had this problem for years. Often I think I may as just well read or watch tv. I would appreciate any pratical advise. Sincerely, Ralph Velez
