my age is 29, I had not get sleep night well before travel or some special days those days are can t focus in activity now it has been major like wake up in the mid sleep and continuo sleep less , fatigue, fear Before doing something, sound allergy, feel not digested intestinal area after food, stiff in tongue, some time feel fall into hole on sleep, crave to eat. now am stuck please help me . prescribe some medicin
