a month ago I went to the doctor for an inner ear infection in both ears. she put me on some antibiotics and then she told me to go see an ear specialist. I went to him and he told me I had had an infection that got inflamed and it caused me to have a film over my ear canals in both ears. it is worse in the left. he told me to stay on the antibitotc for another 10 days. the antibiotic caused me to have a bladder infection as well as hemmorhoids and I am still not able to hear

Hi,
Welcome to health care magic,

It might be because of excess wax depositions in ear canal or labyrynthitis etc.

You will require oral antibiotics (quinolones or cephalosporins group preferred) with antibiotic ear drops like moxifloxacin, analgesics and antiinflammatory with other supportive treatment.

The important thing is to diagnose first means which problem causes repeated eat pain. For that, you may require complete blood count,ESR,ear canal examination by otoscopy.

You must consult ENT specialist and get diagnosed first.

Don't worry you will be alright after that.
