Suggest Treatment For Ingrown Toenails, Dry Skin On Heels And Dark Spots

hi i have a really bad problem which is affecting my life really badly i have terrible feet. I have ingrowing toe nails on my big toe on bth feet,terrible dry skin on heels and side of feet an the sole of my feet the skin is very very dark with dark spot pigmemt i have tried all the creams etc to embarassed 2 go 2 my doc s or a local foot clinic which is hotrible as in hot weather i wear trainers as ii do nt show feet of o have a partner of 4 yrs we ave beautiful daughter together an he as never saw my feet but we are getting married nxt yr in the carribean an i cant be in my wedding dress an trainers any help please
