General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Shortness of breath after short distances may be related to: (1) the heart (2)lung disease or (3) anemia
To determine the exact cause it would be best to visit your doctor for an assessment. This would include physical examination, ECG, possibly an echo to take a look at heart function, chest X ray if needed and complete blood count.

The fullness in your abdomen with meals may still be linked to your history of GERD.
Imaging of the esophagus and stomach may help to determine if there is any worsening.

I hope this helps
