Suggest Treatment For Inflammation Of The Facial Skin

I have inflammation under my facial skin in a couple of places. At first I thought they were just your normal pimples but they seem to spread a yellowish substance under the skin. I can stop it from spreading by using Clearasol blemish cream but they never go away completely. They are not shrinking. I wear glasses but the areas of inflamation are not where my glasses rub on my face. I have had these two areas of yellowish inflamation now for about two years.

Hi..

Well it can ne inflamed oil glands or clogged and infected large pores on face..

So first of all a clinical examination should be done to rule out what exactly it is..

For now start applying Clindamycin gel over the spots.

Use Salicylic acid containing facewash.

Do cool compresses over the spots..

Maintain a good hygiene, scrub gently twice a week with a face scrub.

Drink plenty of water..

Hope I have answered your query.
Please let me know if I can assist you further

Regards.
