Dear Doctor, I am 42 years old trying to conceive(got married 2 years before). Doctors say all the reports are good- Age factor is the only problem. visited many hosps/ infertility clinics but no sucess. (have done iui also, do not want to go for ivf). please advise...

Of course age is matter here but if you still have ovulation then this could be possible but may carry some risk, first of confirm the ovulation (production of ovum) if this is absent then no chance for conception, take care.
