hello doctor. I am trying to conceive from past 1 and half year...but there is no success. in the very first scan it shows small follicles on both sides of the ovaries. in the second (which was held the next month of the very first scan) my right follicles reached upto 11mm on 16th day(after taking injections) and the left ovary was showing a cyst. my doc said that I ovulated. I also had unprotected intercourse. but still I got my periods this month. when I ovulated why iam I not pregnant this month. I got my periods.:(
