Suggest Treatment For Infection On Testicles Caused By Scratching

asalamu alaikum. i am 25 years old my height s about 5"11 and i weigh 11 stones. it has been a month now that i have been scratching my testicles so uch to the point that i start to bleed and there is redness and it really hurts and also i can see some liquid which looks like sweat but its not and it smells bad please help me

Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of itching for a month and the skin changes in the scrotum.
This looks to be dermatitis with or without a fungal infection.

I would suggest you the following:
First of all start cleaning the area with plain water 3 to 4 times a day.
Apply Liquid Povidone Iodine locally and let it dry.
Use loose clothes.
You have to take a course of an antibiotic , metronidazole in low dosage and an anti-fungal oral tablets.
You may please consult a Dermatologist if the medicines do not work, to have a proper diagnosis of the skin condition, to get a proper prescription,
