Suggest Treatment For Infection In Urinary Tract

I had e-coli uti (extreme burning) in January took complete round of cipro. Better for a week but developed lesser symptoms that ended up being strep uti. after three different antibiotics they say I don t have infection but I still have the symptoms. urologist said its dryness caused by menopause. after two weeks of hormone cream no better. Still have burning and occasional pressure that comes and goes. Took myself off coffee and anything I could read that causes problems with bladder in January! I m miserable. Help!

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query. In your case a urine culture can rule out an infection. If infection is there then should take antibiotic according to sensitivity for proper duration.I also recommend my lady patients to use intimate wash regularly to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH and there by prevent further infections.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query
