Suggest Treatment For Infection Below Lower Lip

hi my name is Elizabeth
my chin well a little above that like right below my lower lip.it is leaking yellow stuff and it dries A little bit kind looks like the color of ear wax. what is it and how can i help it stop and what it it from . it was sore b 4 it happened btw

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns...

As per your complain it looks like FolliculitIs that is bacterial infection of the hair follicle and due to infection there is abscess formation and the yellow sticky discharge seems to be pus.
Nothing to worry as it will be resolved by taking a short course of oral antibiotics like Augmentin for 5 days, Anti-inflammatory painkiller like diclofenac potassium or Ibuprofen.
Clean the area with antiseptic solution and apply triple antibiotic ointment over it , do it twice a day and drain out pus as much as possible..
Do not scratch the area with your nails if there is itching or do not try to peel it..
