Suggest Treatment For Infection And White Spots In The Mouth

my friend told me that her son went to see a dentist for tooth pain n was told he had infection but later the dentist check his mouth n found white spots in da mouth n the dentist think he might have cancer so he took test n results came back positive so shes very upset now. so whats the next step?

It is really unfortunate to know that your friend's son is diagnosed with Oral Cancer but I would still suggest that she should take him to an Oral Surgeon or Oncologist and get a biopsy done again..

If it is reconfirmed then treatment will depend on stage of the cancer...

Small lesions that has not involver lymph nodes can be very well treated with surgical removal of the cancerous lesion..
It can be followed by Radiotherapy and chemotherapy to kill any remaining cancer cells..

As Oral cancerous lesions are quickly progressive therefore immediately initiation of treatment is required..
