Suggest Treatment For Infected Pimple On Sole Of Foot

My son had what appeared to be a pimple on the sole of his foot last night, this morning however it was very red around the white spot and started to have a red streak we took him to the dr ( not his primary but a colleague) who drained it and said just to wash it. I have marked the red streak as it has gotten worse and the puss pocket seams to be coming back. He has no fever but the infection looks worse. Should i bring him back he is 3.

For infected pimple on sole of foot you can take some antibiotic preferably cefadroxyl or ampoxin after an expert opinion along with combiflam or ibugesic-plus for pain and inflammation. You can go for regular dressing under strict aseptic precaution. Don't worry it will be fine.
