Suggest Treatment For Indigestion With Loose Stool
I ve been experiencing indigestion and repeated bowel evacuations for the past twenty-four hours or so. As of the last ten hours, it has been loose and black. I overdid some yardwork on Monday and have been exhausted since then. I am not having any heart-related symptoms, unless the above is part of it.
Hi. Thanks for your query. Indigestion, repeated bowel movements that are loose and black is suggestive are bleeding somewhere in the intestinal tract. I would advise you the following: First of all get stool checked for routine as well as occult blood. Ultrasonography of the abdomen. Get a proper treatment with antibiotics and supportive medicines for control of diarrhea and then the upper GI endoscopy and colonoscopy. CT scan of the abdomen may be needed. This way you can find the reasons and get treated.
