my penis length is 4'' when it fully erect.now i can masturbate hardly twice a week because my semen volume is less that is just in drops that is also just after touching the penis.my penis is also curved.can i increase my penis size.can again make sex.please helpme.guide me.

Normally a penis is curved a little on sideways and the average size of the penis is around 5 inches. Masturbation does not cause any sort of impotence and issues with erection or semen quality.
