General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

Your symptoms seem to be related to stool impaction.

I recommend to use over the counter Laxative option like Miralax.

If the symptoms continue I recommend seeking medical help to manually remove the stool.

I suggest you to drink liquids and eat a fiber rich diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Dorina Gurabardhi,
