Suggest Treatment For Hypothyroidism

I am 22 years old and have been diagnosed with hypothyroid 4 years ago. I think I eat a healthy balance diet and exercise 6 days a week for about 30-60 minutes. I do cardio, strength training, Pilates, and yoga. I try to avoid anything white. I want to just be healthy.

Hi,

Please upload your thyroid function reports to answer your question. If your thyroid function is normal we have to continue same dose of thyroxine.

Weight gain in hypothyroidism may be due to other reasons. Options for weight reduction include diet and exercise, weight reduction exercise or surgical options.
